Principal Accountabilities (Key Result Areas):

1. Handling incoming Calls

2. Providing resolution to Customers on queries related to billing cycle and order status.

3. Ensure that the required Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met.

4. Participate in coaching's, reviews and training assessments & personnel in conjunction with department managers.

Standards for Measuring Success:

1. Customer Satisfaction

2. Meeting required average handle time

3. Quality scores.

Key Skills:

1. Excellent Communication skills

* Language 1 - English Proficiency Level - Excellent

Has fully operational command of the language with only occasional unsystematic inaccuracies and inappropriacies. Handles complex detailed argumentation well.

* Language 2 - Kannada/ Tamil/ Telugu/ Malayalam Proficiency level - High

2. Ability to work under extreme pressure

3. Use of call center terms and vocabulary.
