Objective of Role:
Ability to discuss requirements and suggests solutions with colleagues and customers
Understand the customization process and ability to develop the technical requirements in the project
Writes detailed documentation
Explains to the customer the changes and enhancements in an understandable way
Conducts Unit testing
Good problem solving skills and ability to handle change requests
Maintains and enhances their existing skills and knowledge consistently with adaption to changing market requirements
General requirements:
Good project handling and technical consultancy skills.
Good client facing skills.
Quick learner and ability to prioritize, Team player, focused, result driven
Ability to travel
Good English, Basic or Advanced German /French speaking/written skills.
Experience
Proven track record to deliver in time, scope and quality
Experience in the field of standard software development/configuration.
Basic Javascript, HTML,XML experience.
C# experience is good to have
Understanding of CRM is good to have.
