Good exposure in handling of all kinds of auto generated and user trouble tickets in Remedy Ticketing tool. . Good exposure in coordinating with vendor related issues for all kinds of hardware failures. . Running Autosys jobs manually and checking their dependencies and troubleshoot accordingly. . Creation and Managing Users / Group accounts and set up a user's work environment. . Creation and deployment of packages in QA, DEV and PROD servers to support Application and DBA teams.
