VNOC Technical Engineer
- Monitor, analyse and address reliability and performance issues of servers and network elements.
- Manage workflow and service requests through clients calls, emails and ticketing system.
- Work with other L2 & L3 support groups internally and external vendors to provide seamless support to customers and uninterrupted services.
- Incident and Problem Management along with the SLA Management with in Tivoli Smart Cloud Control Desk.
- Sound knowledge on Networking concepts and SQL and basics of Linux.
- Knowledge on basic concepts of Telecom Value Added Services.
