Job Description: 1. Technical/development guidance to freshers. 2. Supporting to new hires on their real time projects. 3. Analyze the coaching/training needs of the consultants & support them in delivery Required Skills: 0.6-1 years direct experience in all aspects of developing and implementing CRM applications 0.6-1 years of developing customizations for SFDC Must have good knowledge in SFDC implementations Must have good exposure in Salesforce, Sfdc, Visualforce, Triggers, Javascript, Xml, Web Services, APEX.
