Experience :
Desktop :
- Should be certified MCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician)
- Should be very good in Installation, configuration, administration of all client Windows OSs
- Application installation, configuration and troubleshooting,
- Respond to desktop alerts to quickly identify trouble source and implement resolution.
- Good troubleshooting exposure in MS Office applications including Outlook and Lync.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows OS Firewalls
- Windows security knowledge
- Desktop Log management
- Exposure to Linux environment is an added advantage
Hardware :
- Desktops, Laptops, Printers and other Hardware peripherals troubleshooting
- Install and configure Switches
- Networking knowledge
Salary:
INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
