Methods To Find Whether A Company Is Real Or Fake (Fraud)

Following are the Steps or procedure to Know Whether a Company is registered or not ?

Step 1: Click on below link to Open the Ministry of Corporate Affairs

http://www.mca.gov.in/DCAPortalWeb/dca/MyMCALogin.do?method=setDefaultProperty&mode=16

Step 2:  Enter the Company name (Don’t try with Short Forms or half names)

Step 3: If the company is not registered you will get a Pop-up of “NO MATCH FOUND”

Step 4: If the company is registered you will get information like

• LLPIN/CIN/1A Ref No
• Company or LLP Name
• State
• Registration Date
• Company Status
