Job Profile: Technical Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Providing direct support to Zeta Interactive Global customers regarding both Technical and Product related Business issues.
Writing and executing SQL queries and Linux/Unix commands
Provide training to our Clients/US Team in the use of our system and applications whenever required.
Need to work with US team and clients on technical issues pertaining to our product Zetamail.
Should communicate with the client through email, chat and call based on the criticality of the issue.
Need to carry on the weekly maintenance on Production Servers.
Skill Set:
Strong technical knowledge especially in SQL queries and Linux/Unix commands
Proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, FTP clients and Web Browsers.
Basic understanding of java, php, dns, web server, email messaging.
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
Any certification in Oracle, Linux, MySQL is added advantage.
Package: 2.16lpa + Benefits
Pre-requisites for this Job:
Good communication skills
Willing to work in International time zones
Willing to give 2 yrs commitment with the company
Qualification: Any graduate- above 60% aggregate throughout career and 2013/2014 passed out only.
Interested candidates can walk-in on 30 jan 2015 11:30AM sharp. Candidates who are delayed by 15min max from the scheduled time are not allowed to participate in the interview process.
