Position Description

Project Overview :

The Enterprise Initiative team is currently working on below initiatives.

PDR & Leaked Defects initiatives are focused towards reduction of Open Production Defects & Leaked Defects, coordination with various stakeholders (Development, QA & SSS Teams), driving the quality improvement plans, sharing the best practices throughout the organization and improving the release quality.

Test Optimization team is focused towards increasing the Cost Avoidance and Cost Savings at the enterprise level using Test Optimization techniques. The team offers different optimization techniques like OATS,RBT,CTP,RO,ITP.

Environment Defect Reduction initiative is focused towards reduction of pre-production environment defects penetration for in scope applications.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of Application Dashboards

• Interaction with different stakeholders.

• Analysis of the metrics for various applications

• Propagation of  industry Best Practices across organization

• Perform Detailed Root Cause Analysis with Application teams

• Coordinate with different stakeholders (Dev,QA,SSS) for defect analysis and improvement plan.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

• B.Tech/MCA.

• Excellent Communication Skills (Mandatory)

• VB Scripting(Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Test Optimization techniques Test Metrics.

• Should carry a positive attitude and a good team player
