Role & Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for interfacing with existing or potential customers, on both Optical an RF Test and measuring equipments.
* Provide timely and effective remote pre and post sales technical support,
* Solving technical problems of varied scope and complexity in RF and optical technology.
* Close cooperation with clients product, to ensure timely management and resolution of technical cases.
* Evaluate and qualify further the customer needs and route the call appropriately within the organization.
* Update customer information in clients internal systems.
* Leverage post sales interactions with customers to probe and qualify further revenue opportunities.
Cab Facility : No as we have General Shift
